What is Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy?
Frequency Specific Microcurrent or Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy (FSMT) is used for treating nerve and muscle pain, inflammation, and many other conditions using specific frequencies and micro amperage currents. A mild electrical current is applied to the injury. This increases the energy production of the cells by 500% and is thought to be the reason that healing is greatly enhanced.

How Does It Work?
The frequency of the microcurrent is tuned to the specific type of injury to drastically intensify the healing process. Conditions such as shingles, herpes outbreaks, kidney stone pain, and diabetic neuropathy can be effectively treated using highly specific microcurrent frequencies. The treatment is very comfortable for the patient because the current is very low amperage. Patients don’t feel the current. Most of the time FSM produces immediate and dramatic changes in the state of the condition.

What Can it Treat?
In addition to shingles, herpes outbreaks, kidney stone pain, and neuropathic pain, Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy can also help patients recover from myofascial pain (head, neck, face, lower back, etc.), fibromyalgia, sports injuries, delayed onset muscle soreness, concussions, visceral and somatic disorders, and many other health concerns.
